Hwaseong Haenggung, imbued with King Jeongjo's grand dream and deep filial devotion, boasts the finest scale and formality among the many haenggung palaces across the country, and is regarded as a palace that preserves beauty no less than that of Gyeongbokgung Palace. Suwon's representative night tourism program, the 2026 Hwaseong Haenggung Night Opening 'Dalbit Hwadam (花談),' is themed 'stories of flowers under moonlight' and presents a splendid yet tranquil nighttime atmosphere through various flower exhibition installations and fantastic lighting content. Walking along the flower path quietly blooming under soft lighting, one can feel the old atmosphere, nature, and the spirit of Joseon as time seems to flow backward.
