Ground Forces Festival

The 2026 Ground Forces Festival is the largest military culture festival in the Republic of Korea, hosted by the Army. It is a non-profit event held for the public good to promote the Army's development and future policies to the public, enhance trust in the military, and spread positive values, and it will be held for 5 days from 10. 1.(Thu) to 10. 5.(Mon) at the runway of Gyeryongdae in Chungnam. In the 2026 Ground Forces Festival, now in its 22nd edition, under the theme 'The Republic of Korea Army Protecting People's Daily Lives', visitors can directly experience the latest ROK-U.S. combat equipment exhibits and boarding experiences, Army TIGER+ and drone bot demonstrations, and AI and advanced science-technology-based combat systems and the changing Army through demonstrations, exhibitions, and hands-on programs at the Army policy promotion hall. In addition, visitors can enjoy a variety of high-quality military culture performances such as military band and honor guard performances, Taekwondo demonstrations, military police MC maneuver demonstrations, Army performance team performances, and road parades.
