Yesan Market Samguk Festival

This year is a special one marking 10 years of the Yesan Market Samguk Festival and 100 years of Yesan Market. The festival will share the lives and stories of local residents embodied in gukbap, noodles, and chrysanthemums, along with Yesan Market’s boundless message of hope as it begins a new century. It will place the records of the past 10 years and residents’ wishes, with both vitality and stability, into the “Samguk” box of hope without leaving anything out. The theme “A Never-Ending Story” will unfold through 4 forms of expansion: value, space, participation, and time. Under the slogan “Yesan Market! Our Story Continues,” the festival will heighten the festive atmosphere throughout the region and showcase a local festival brand through collaboration with young local creators and youth organizations. Centered on a signature program in which participants choose from 10 bucket-list activities that are essential at the Yesan Market Samguk Festival, it will strengthen Samguk content and invigorate a food culture shared with local residents.
