Imsil N Cheese Festival

*The festival information below reflects last year's (2025) festival content, and the 2026 festival content is currently being updated.* Beginning with two goats, Father Ji Jeong-hwan, who came to Imsil for missionary work in 1967, created Korea's first cheese after countless trials, hardships, and working together with village youth. To commemorate that achievement and to promote the local economy and the development of the cheese industry, the Imsil N Cheese Festival has continued to grow every year in early October at Imsil Cheese Theme Park into a representative cultural tourism festival of the Republic of Korea that Imsil County residents and visitors enjoy together.
