October 29, 2026 – October 31, 2026301 Wolcheon-gil, Dosan-myeon, Andong-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do

The 13th 21st Century Human Values Forum is a three-day humanities and cultural event held at the Andong International Convention Center and throughout Andong under the theme “An Unsettled World, Things That Remain Unchanged.” It opens with a keynote address at the opening ceremony and the Human Values Awards ceremony, and concludes with the proclamation of the Andong Declaration at the closing ceremony. Alongside thematic, public, and participatory sessions bringing together scholars from Korea and abroad with citizens, exhibitions, hands-on programs, tours, and networking events are designed to let visitors see, walk, interact, and experience humanistic values firsthand. Having expanded Korea’s traditional culture into universal contemporary values over the past 10 or so years, the event will this year provide a forum for discussing contemporary issues such as war and peace, memory and records, and AI and technology. It will be held simultaneously online and offline with approximately 5,000 participants.
