*The festival food information below is from last year's (2025) festival, and the 2026 festival information is currently being updated.* The Andong International Mask Dance Festival is a global festival that unites people through the memory of masks and the dance of everyone. At the festival site, visitors can experience and enjoy both Korea's mask dance, listed as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, and mask dances from countries around the world. In addition, it will offer spaces for coming together through diverse performances, parades, Dae-dong Nanjang, and the World Mask Dance Competition. Andong International Mask Dance Festival 2026 aims to connect the time preserved in masks with life in the present. When children and elders, local residents and visitors from around the world all laugh, clap, and share rhythm in the same space, the memory carried by masks becomes living culture. This festival is the 'dance of everyone' completed by those hearts coming together, and it will be a place that shows the power of community that shines even more when people come together.
