Hangang Festival

The lineup includes a water race where participants ride a self-made boat and pick summer fruits floating on the Hangang, a night of binge-watching nostalgic dramas associated with 'summer' and horror movies that send chills down your spine along with late-night snacks, jazz suited to a midsummer night, a water drone show gliding over the Hangang surface while lights and fireworks sparkle to K-POP music that everyone can sing along to, the beats of DJ, hip-hop, trot, and band performances amplified by lights in an infinity pool with the city nightscape in view, and thrilling traditional tightrope performances at the water play area. There is also the coolest bridge-under movie theater that can only be found on the midsummer Hangang, Water Picnic at Seoul Battleship Park where the whole family can enjoy lively water play and various hands-on programs, a DJ party and yoga that you can enjoy more intensely and more healthily while wearing headphones, and the all-night Hangang walk, now in its 10th year, as well as special ways to enjoy the Hangang from the water by paddling paddleboards and kayaks or by riding yachts, tubesters, and cruises.
