Jeongeup Gukhwachos Flower Festival

October 8, 2026 – October 18, 2026926-89 Cheongjeong-ro, Sannae-myeon, Jeongeup-si, Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province

The Jeongeup Gukhwachos Festival is held every October, the peak of autumn, in a 150,000㎡ Gukhwachos flower hill, the largest in East Asia, set against a pine forest boasting pristine mountain streams and exceptional natural scenery. Walking along the trail where the scent of pine and the gentle fragrance of flowers blend together, visitors can feel complete healing and comfort in nature. Whether in the misty early dawn or in the afternoon when warm autumn sunlight pours down, it is also one of the Republic of Korea's best photo spots, loved by photographers. Along with the pure white Gukhwachos, a gift of nature to humankind, diverse hands-on programs themed around local regional resources and abundant local agricultural and specialty products from Jeongeup make it ideal for fully enjoying the atmosphere of autumn with all five senses.
